    I’m probably not the norm here, but I want to share my career journey as a motivator of how paths can twist and turn if you keep hustling, keep learning, and most importantly find a good mentor. 15 YOE, and my comp has more than 10x’d from my humble beginnings:

    Small PPC Agency AM-> HoldingCo PPC Agency AM -> In-House PPC manager turned Director of Digital Marketing -> Sales then GTM at Google – GTM then Product Marketing at Amazon -> Product Marketing at Microsoft AI.
