I spent ages trying to grow my ig account too. Posting regularly, using hashtags, engaging with others, all that. I did try buying followers once through the service pathsocial, but just a small amount to give things a push. It actually worked fine as long as you don’t overdo it. Still, real engagement only came once I started mixing that with consistent posting and genuine interaction.
