Start talking to the camera when your not even filming as if a normal conversation. Actually like its actually a face and not a camera . My biggest tip would be yiu will start to get comfortable quickly because you will be so pissed off at the editing taking so long you will automatically up your game talking to tbe better to camera once u realise you can cut down half the time if yiu get it right within a take or to it will start to become natural.
