    This is just one piece of the puzzle, pick a one data and made changes based on that.
    Also if you are targeting the US for example as the whole market, that’s 4 time zones (sorry Alaska & Hawaii)
    So how do you determine if it make sense to increase a bids for LA when there is NY hours ahead.
    Overall I don’t think you have enough datapoints to up/down the bids even in a $100K account, unless you have very large volume. Also, this technique is completely unaware of the fact that a user needs 7-14 touch-points with the brand and you just focusing on the last one, by measuring the immediate conversion rate.
