    Focus on edits to music without having to speak, to get your confidence up and regularly post (daily). OOTD and GRWM quick cuts to trending sounds. You won’t be comfortable posting, you just have to push through the cringe. Turn off notifications and only check your phone the next day. Ignore and delete negative comments. Just have fun with it. Ignore the clean aesthetic feed angle, just post more and see what works in terms of engagement. Don’t try to curate a perfect insta profile – that’s 2016 and now it’s all just reel chaos.
