Google’s algorithm optimizes per-campaign using the conversion value you upload for THAT campaign’s conversions.
How it works:
– Campaign A conversion fires → you upload $100 value → tROAS optimizes toward $100 LTV
– Campaign B conversion fires → you upload $50 value → tROAS optimizes toward $50 LTVThe campaigns don’t interfere because:
1. Conversion values are campaign-specific (not account-wide)
2. tROAS calculates ROAS independently per campaign
3. Bid adjustments happen based on each campaign’s actual performance data**Critical requirement:**
Your offline conversion upload MUST tag the correct campaign_id. If you’re uploading conversions without campaign attribution, Google can’t separate the values properly.Check your upload format includes:
– gclid (Google Click ID)
– conversion_name
– conversion_value ($100 or $50)
– conversion_timeIf those 4 are present, you’re good. Google handles the rest.
