first day and they drop “make the strategy” on you 😅 classic. i’d break it down like this:

* goals → what do they actually want (awareness, signups, community)?
* audience → who are u talking to (devs, nft ppl, founders)?
* platforms → don’t spread too thin, prob x + discord for core, insta/tiktok if u want reach.
* content → mix of explainers, tutorials, storytelling, behind-the-scenes.
* metrics → track reach/retention first, conversions later.

and honestly don’t just post and pray. test if ppl even watch. i’d run early reels through video analysis tools (e.g. creafico, etc.) to get suggestions on what to improve. saves a lot of wasted time.
