consistency helps but not in a “post daily or fail” way. pick a few formats you can repeat, engage a bit before and after posting, and test different hooks. a friend stayed stuck at 800 followers until she posted 3 times a week and hit 5k in six months. buying followers only hurts reach, better to put money into boosting a good post. dm if you want the simple posting schedule i use.
