sounds harsh but that’s really it. if ppl keep unfollowing, it means they didn’t see enough value to stay. consistency alone doesn’t fix that—retention does. another thing i’d suggest is running your vids thru video analysis tools (e.g. creafico, etc.) to see what’s actually killing watchtime. no amount of posting will help if the first 2 sec don’t hook.Hope this helps !! 🙂
