imo there isn’t a single “worst day,” it’s more about if your content holds ppl. i’ve had sundays flop and then the next sunday same niche vid blows up. tiktok/ig push based on retention, not calendar.
that said, mid-week (tue/wed) sometimes feels slower for me vs weekends, but again—if the hook + pacing hit, the algo ignores the day. i’d suggest focusing more on tightening your first 2 sec and less on the calendar. you can try running vids thru video analysis tools (e.g. creafico, etc.) to get recommendations on what to improve—once my retention went up, timing mattered way less.
