From my experience discord users tend to hate “useless” pings and they might see it like so if you don’t add any value to it.
When i want to “convert” my users to subscribers/likes (engagement) i usually post giveaways with a higher winrate for those who complete the tasks i want
I use scolidrop for this, i don’t think there is any other bots for such giveaways

Anyway just give your community a 3$ nitro, people will definitely join and if you choose your GW requirements wisely you will definitely get results
