That’s pretty old school. Separating campaigns by device type isn’t beneficial in terms of performance except in very unique cases.
I would combine these. As for call tracking, yes you should track calls from computers… normally that would include calls from ads and calls from the website. This can be implement with Google’s tracking tag or a 3rd party service like CallRail.
Similar for WhatsApp if it can be tracked for computers… I don’t know personally.
