Don’t let your full-time job get in the way of your dreams.

Anyway, those saying you should just batch create are only addressing half of the problem. Just posting alone and not engaging at all is a recipe for slow, long, drawn-out growth.

Batch creating is still manual work in my opinion, and you will eventually burn out or quit. You need to figure out a system that takes you less than 5 minutes a day (on average) to create a week’s worth of content.

You have limited time and energy so you need to figure out how to maximize the little time and energy you do have.
