Normally – like 80% of the time – you have a backlink that is giving you authority and the other search engiens haven’t zero’d it but Google has.
This may be a penalty or just a zero-result. Zero result means you get 0 pagerank flow – which means you just need to find a clean source of authority.

PageRank is a blackbox in all the search engines – its just you dont have a problem with the others 🙂
