I believe the biggest challenge you’ll come up against is showcasing data insights to others in the organization in a way that makes sense to them. As a data-focused marketer, I’m intereted in every metric and every data point but no one else in your organization will care, so its about finding what your stakeholders actually care about and then marrying those findings to your data points so that everytime you present something, they understand that you’re talking about business value instead of some obscure (in their minds) social metrics. Getting everyone on the same page early on is key and agreeing together what goals/KPIs you want to hit. Good luck!
