Yelp, TripAdvisor, Expedia, and Booking
We leverage Agorapulse to handle our publishing and customer engagement for Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. It’s not full of whiz bang functionality like Falcon.io, but the cost for one year is a little bit higher than what they charge just for one month. It’s great to avoid using Facebook’s god awful native community management tool since we have nearly forty different pages. Praying for the day Instagram API allows third party programs more access to engagement.
Anyways, on that note, we have an even larger presence on Yelp and TripAdvisor reviews and customer support. Since we leverage Expedia and Booking for reservations, they too have their own internal pre and post visit engagement options as well for our customers.
Is there any similar customer support and review manager that condenses any or all of these review and direct message avenues like Agorapulse/Falcon?
