Have just migrated site, 301s have been set up, new site map submitted to search console (in the www property and the new URLs are being discovered in it) etc. Just wondering if you need to submit change of address to non www version or if it doesn’t matter?

You should just verify your property at the domain level rather than URL

    It doesn’t matter.

Just add the non-www as a property in GSC.

Or if not done yet add the root domain property (will require TXT record on your web server)
