What would you charge as partner agency?

Posted by seohelper on March 3, 2020 at 12:43 pm

I have a family member with a couple hundred clients for their company and i want to pitch him the idea of revenue sharing if he offers marketing to his client base. What do you think is a reasonable split? He owns a SAAS and does not offer digital marketing however i do his companies marketing.

That could get messy. I’d just work with him on coming up with a suite of services and pricing that would work for his clients, ask him to recommend the services to his clients and give him a referral fee for every one that signs up.

Some agencies also offer other agencies a recurring 10% for referrals.

I would either white label for him, if that makes sense, or just offer a referral fee or commission to him for each client you sign. If the former, he could take up to 50%. If the latter I would say 10-20% or just a one time commission. It depends on many factors like his level of involvement.

Fees are all over the place… anywhere from 10% to 25% of ad spend depending on the ad spend, what’s included, and your skill level. And yes, there are many different pricing models besides % ad spend.
