Virtual Assistant Pricing
Hi, may I know how much would you pay for an SEO VA? I’ve been an SEO VA for a successful SEO firm for 2 years already and I would say that I’m fairly confident with the skills and knowledge I’ve acquired compared when I first started. I act as an account manager and trainee for my colleagues at the agency I’m working at. I have not gotten a raise at my present company even with a $100k a month in revenue. I could try to ask for a raise but I also want to branch out and offer my services to others. I’m just having a hard time pricing my hourly rate.

How much would you pay to have you own your team. How much would they lose if you left that’s your value. Whether you charge it or not depends on you

When we staff projects we pay above geo averages but would never base a VAs salary or hourly on our revenue.
Where possible we use automation to avoid hiring and VA staff is always the first thing cut when optimizing ROI.
Realistically if a VA came to me asking for an increase in pay because of our success I would let them go in most cases but I also by them hardware or pay for medical if they need and have been loyal.
I do not say these things to discourage just to put some perspective out for you to help making a decision on how to move forward.
