Unable to submit FB ad account Reinstatement form
I recently created an Ad account and created my first Ad which was approved, after which I was trying to add credits to my account using my debit card but it showed error so I tried again and after that it said you account is now restricted.
And it now says to go to the following link to verify and get the account back
https://business.facebook.com/help/contact/391647094929792
but when I go to the link it says “No Advertising Account” despite me logged into my FB already, here is the screenshot for the error
Anyone knows any tips on how to resolve this ? Or is there any way to contact FB customer care ?

Ha… good luck with that one. A client of mine got suspended for the same issue (suspicious activity linked to their credit card) We have been in contact with FB for 2 months now and it’s still restricted. FB won’t explain why exactly aside from « we have reviewed your account and it doesn’t comply with our policies ». You are dealing with bots… The account had been running fine for 2 months before that. No ads were ever disapproved.
I may recommend working with an agency that has the business partner status. They might be able to help via their dedicated rep.
