  • Twitter post with a typo…delete or let it roll?

I made a post for my company. It wasn’t a particularly important post but it did feature a unique video clip. I wrote “truw” instead of “true” in one of the sentences. The post has gotten a lot of engagement, so I don’t want to delete it. As we all know, Twitter posts cannot be edited like other platforms.

Would you delete it, repost it or just let it stand?

My rule is: If it doesn’t change the meaning of what I am trying to comunícate, I don’t change it

If it’s got engagement my choice would always be to leave it. A clarifying reply tweet can be useful, but the main thing is to keep that engagement.
