Hello everyone! I recently got hired as a Lead Generation Specialist and one of the tasks is growing the social media pages mainly FB and IG. I have been doing engagements for the last week and it’s been pretty good so far. The end goal would be growing the facebook group wherein leads would come from. Any suggestions? TIA!

Having someone watch a video post all the way through is a huge boost. Most people’s attention spans will allow 15-30 sec max, so keep it short, visually eye catching with good lighting and easy to understand with or without sound. Also having people save your post or video will up your engagement significantly.

Try to think like your audience and create short video posts. Really helpful instructional videos are likely to be saved. Find a niche.

I have a decent sized facebook page and started really pushing the group in Jan. Got to nearly 9k now. You can invite people who like your page and invite from your friends list to the group. Selling products is more difficult for sure though.

You can create multiple pages and link them to the group and grow pages and feed to group.

    Edit:

Also live videos and staying on trend is crucial. I find Twitter is the best to see what is trending and then you can take an angle of something and use it.

Hashtags are also crucial early doors on Insta and video content.

DM me. Im happy to hop on a call and help. Short answer, there is not a “one tactic cheat” kind of thing that I know of. For what it’s worth, I’ve grown ~5 profiles from 0 to over 100K followers over the last year so this right in my wheelhouse.

Paid ads. Organic is 99% dead on social unless you have something people really care about, not something you want them to care about.
