    If I have installed SSL certificate on my domain so now if I create an official webmails now i.e me@ example. com, will it be showing TLS when sent mail? or do I need to do something more?

    and does that mail.example.com comes by default as a subdomain along with www version? when u buy a domain?

    When you buy a domain, you are free to set up as many subdomains as you want. You just need to create additional records in your DNS.

    SSL and TLS are completely different from what I understand. I am no expert on how mail servers work or function, but TLS would be something else installed on your mail server wherever that may be.

    I’ve always used Migadu for handling email setup it is (somewhat) easy, and far easier than trying to install that all yourself. If you want even easier id recommend gsuite.
