Something to add to the infamous bad FB ad month
Aight guys, to add some more weird shit to the problem that a lot of us are facing:
I’ve had the same issues as everyone else posting on this subreddit. Really bad results as of September. Multiple strategies were used without success, now here’s the weird part:
This week, i launched a new creative test (Dare i say, is my best quality video i put together so far) And my sales went from a wonky 4-8 daily to a 12-15 for 5 full days. I’ve NEVER had this before.
Now, here’s the odd part: The sales i got were not all attributed to the new ads i used for testing, only like 10 of them were. Infact, my other campaigns (that i keep on because they give me at least 1 to 2 purchases daily with a too high CPA) all of a sudden exploded and started generating loads of sales.
Not to mention that my DPA ads suddenly got 4 Pur a day (but none of the customers used the discount!) I checked the pixel and everything was set up correctly and firing as it’s supposed to.
Of course, since friday, it all went to shit again and i’m back with the same problems as you guys have been facing.
Honestly, can this shit get any weirder?

I’m currently alternating between having great days (well, great in the current landscape), and then shit days the next. It’s the weirdest thing… I will have an easy 3x ROAS day with a 7-8% conversion rate like everything is normal, and then the very next day will offer up a 1x ROAS with 2% conversion rate… same amount of traffic.
Adding new creative does seem to work for about 3-4 days, and then it goes to shit again.

We’ve found this month that every new ad seems to do great at the start, but as soon as it seems like it’s learned enough, bam, conversions plummet and the cost rises. It is very strange.
We’ve also had lots of sales that feel like it’s from ads but, it isn’t :/

For me too. Had my usual ads running, but created a new $50 CBO.
Suddenly got a lot more sales in a day, NOT however from the new CBO but from the old adsets.
Also somes sales, not attributed to any ads.
