  Skills to look for in SEO & outreach managment

  I am interested in knowing what you all believe are some of the most important skills and traits to look for when searching for a SEO / outreach manager, both hard and soft skills would be great.

  1. Must be great at spreadsheets
  2. Organized and have what I call “document hygiene”.
  3. Must have basic background in SEO, as in, must know what a link is and why we are doing outreach.
  4. Must know how to use search operators for prospecting.
  5. Must know Ahrefs.
