  Should i hide links on the page on the page itself?

  Hi, i heard that if i have some page and, for example, have the link on it in the footer, then i need to put ‘nofollow’ on it on the page itself. Is that true or more like over-optimization thing?

  For example, i have Contact Us Page and i have a link in the footer to it.

  Should i put no-follow on it in the footer when i’m on the Contact Us page itself?
