    Regarding pay per conversion

Posted by seohelper on March 5, 2020 at 2:37 pm

I have setup a display ad with pay only per conversion with a target cpa. I cannot find any reason why I should narrow my ad through audiences, keywords, placement or topics. Is there any reason if the roas is good? Isn’t it in my best interest not to narrow this ad at all that it reaches everyone and I will only pay per conversion? Can someone explain this to me? Ad is for a footwear online shop.

I’m not 100% sure but I think the pay per conversion setup only applies to the first X number of conversions (I think it’s 50).

I think the idea is to to tempt people into trying ‘Smart Display’.

I’ll double check when I get a second.

    -edit-

I may be wrong, a brief look through the Google help pages makes me think perhaps it’s just that there is a limit on budget for these campaigns until you hit 50 conversions in a month.

    Apologies
