Received an email showing ad views and visitors, but no data shows on Google Ads website
Hi all, my apologies for this “newbie” question, but I just started a campaign and waited until the end of the 5ish day learning period, then kept checking my google ads stats, which still say 0 for all metrics (clicks, impressions, cost, etc.). However, I received an email telling me that I received roughly 5k clicks for the past week.
Is this just a situation where there is a delay in the data showing up on the Google Ads account or is something possibly going wrong? Thanks for any help.

The max delay I ever see with Google Ads is around 1 hour. No way is there a 5 day delay.
When you check your stats, are you refreshing the page or have you just left the same page open since day 1? Sounds like a silly question but I never shut down my PC and leave my browser open on GA, so unless I refresh the page, I would be going to look at my stats and just seeing it exactly as it was when I first logged in. If I didn’t know I had to hit refresh, my stats page would be over a week old now.
