Quality score of 1/10 after only 1 impression?

Posted by seohelper on September 10, 2020 at 3:33 pm

I’m new to working with google ads and confused as to how the quality score is determined this quickly?

Appreciate if anyone can lend insight into how to improve, in this case google has my landing page and ad relevance both as below average.

You have 1 impression. You need statistically significant click volume before your quality score is even close to relevant.

In my experience, google ads gives a QS after loading the campaigns before receive any impressions. If you are getting a score of 1 right out the gate, something is seriously wrong with the kws, landing page, campaign setup, really everything. In my experience the QS either goes up or down after receiving traffic, but not usually by much in my campaigns. I do have quite a few QS 8-10 from the beginning and if anything they usually go down and on occasion up. It is more than likely a disconnect between kws, ad content and landing page. Hope this helps 🙂

Is this keyword a brand name of someone not you or related to porn, medicine or mortgages?
