GuestDecember 4, 2020 at 3:43 pmI’ve been an Enterprise user for several years. Most recently I got upset at their lack of fixing the Rank Tracker for several weeks (you can see in my post history), but it’s been fixed and all is well again. I *almost* completely stopped using it, and I had several “agency” trial-periods open with other software because I needed to find a replacement ASAP, but they implemented a fix before I needed to make a concrete decision. And while trialing, I kept wishing they’d fix the RankTracker. So it worked out.
Definitely the best rank tracking software. The website auditor is strong too, followed by their SpyGlass (back links). They also have great, responsive social support.
**Only Issues I have**
Their reporting is horrible, and outdated in terms of visualization – they’re apparently working on this. So we use Data Studio. It’s unfortunate because report visualization would put them much further ahead.
To use their servers for rank tracking, it’s 24 hour wait period between pulling data. It’s too long, should be 18 hours so I can pull each morning. You can use your own computer (IP) or proxy – but who wants to do that.

GuestDecember 4, 2020 at 3:57 pmI started out with them before moving over to a saas based system like SEMRUSH. Overall, I would say it’s pretty solid software, especially for the price, which is significantly more inexpensive than a saas based solution like SEMRUSH or Ahrefs.

GuestDecember 4, 2020 at 5:34 pmOutdated overpriced garbage, I say that with a passion. It’s a perfect example of shit, expensive software sold to management with a disconnect of their teams needs.
