Pixel tracking purchases but not seeing data coming thru into Ads manager
Hey,
I have just taken over a campaign, The client is running a giveaway on wishpond and shopfiy, there is a pixel installed on the wishpond site and on the Shopify site and the Shopify site has a pixel also, both are tracking the data/events in events manager correctly (I tested the funnel in event tester) if I go into event manager and compare it to Shopify sales its all being reported correctly…
However, this is not being correctly shown in ads manager, for example, yesterday 60 purchases shown in event manager/shopfiy but only 4 are shown in ads manager, any idea whats going on here?

Are all 60 purchases coming from the ads themselves? That’s why ads manager reports. The ad conversions not total
Inside events manager, that’s total events not just ads
