Created a review website and blog but all my pages have /?page=home etc.

Does this rank on Google? Or will it just be the main website with no sub sites.

Why did you choose to do this instead of using a framework which offers a routers that generates SEO friendly urls?

I don’t know much about SEO but using query strings in urls is ugly and difficult to index.

Get rid of the query strings – use short succinct URLs

Yes they can be indexed but there is no point having them other than for your sites search result pages (generally)
