    Ooooh I like this post. Most of the time they (social media platforms) don’t give two hooters so this could be interesting to see. They would need manpower to travel through requests to view the alleged fake pieces first.

    The community is already self-regulating with reporting posts so this will just formalise it and probably make it a lot easier for Twitter to react.

    This is only an internal test, there are no dates for planned launch. That being said if this does ship, it does look like it will lean on user voting, which could be perilous.

    arguably this was the idea behind that popular link aggregation website called REDDIT.

    Every Community focused web group seems to fall into the same problems with authenticity and moderation. AOL moderators, message board mods, corruption, and more.

    I really think a well educated highschooler can be more critical of what they see online but the reality is the modern stupidity of your average internet person – myself included.

    Facebook has a army of Indian support centers doing the same thing

    The government technically has Media laws

    If anything twitter is late to the ball and doing it cheap by exploiting community resources
