Hey, made this website about 8 months ago and have only recently started optimizing for SEO.

Any low hanging fruit I can adjust or change on my site to make SERP’s index better? Or any critique? (Good or bad)

Id say the lay out looks nice but the content is very thin.
Also the Core Web Vitals is in the red.

I went to pull up your website and off the bat noticed it took a couple seconds to load in. I ran a GTmetrix for page speed and it came back with the score of E (37% in performance). This is a pretty big no no for google, since Google will not want to recommend a web site that takes long to load.
I would start with optimizing for speed, as well as adding your site to google search console where you can submit your site maps and see if google is telling you to optimize something. -
Top of the website has what I assume is pinned content from March, June, August… Might not hurt to have this all update for your new content.
Also is running a little slow. Have a fiddle with LiteSpeed cache and see if you can improve your page optimization.

You need to add more images within the content to make it more visually appealing and break the wall of text here and there.

I can tell you’re using some sort of shared hosting or free hosting. You need to speed up your website. If it’s your host, move to a better host.
Edit: just found from your DNS records that you’re using a shitty shared hosting from “Namehero” and this is why your website is taking more than 16 seconds to become interactive. It’s a big no no. The host is literally scamming you with fake claims.
I suggest you move to a base tier VPS from any reputable cloud providers.
