To be blunt —
Your domain has nothing to do with your topic. In fact, I’m still not sure what “air your skills” means.
Your premise is basically hot air. You have no evidence that the three qualities you picked do anything. It’s the Underwear Gnome problem. You can’t just say fluffy airy things then expect profit to happen naturally — at least, not without a compelling story or brand.
You’re asking for people to share the website before you’ve even given them anything.
The writing is not grammatically correct and — worse — not compelling.
The graphics are bad.
You’re keyword stuffing the hell out of your blogs.
Your categories are too broad. Niche down.
I don’t even know what you want people to do on your site. Sign up for a newsletter? A webinar? Buy a service or product? Without a call to action, it’s a website without a point.
You really need a designer to help you with the visual elements, a copywriter to make your writing more compelling and correct on the static pages, and a lot of time spent studying real blogs published after the mid-aughts because that level of keyword stuffing today in the title alone is horrendous.
On a more basic level, you need to decide what you want people to do and how you can prove your theory so that people believe it, trust it, and want to take action on it.
