Can anyone recommend good hosting? Should i chose a VPS or Dedicated server?

    I’m looking for good support.

Hopefully, someone can recommend a good service and tell me the specific specs I should get. I usually only use 2 cores but sometimes it spikes to 6 cores. For memory I hit 6 gb and peak at 8gb

I have about 12 active websites. Mostly all e-commerce sites. 5 being woocommerce and others with custom CMS in php.

Someone recently recommended liquidweb in the past saying they have good support.

I was looking at instroductory offer $35 month for 2 years then $139 monthly –> 8 GB RAM + 8 vCPU Cores (linux) ( I may get 2 of those because my ram is pretty maxed out already at 8gb. )

    Or

    BFD dedicated servers

    $99 / month for life 4 cores , 16gb ram (or $127 /month for life 4 cores , 16gb ram + security essentials)

Keep in mind I dont know much when it comes to servers so I need good support and a managed server.

Not sure the pros and cons of VPS vs Dedicated. Or if there is better offers out there?

    Appreciate your feedback.

    Just a few thoughts:

    * Managed servers, especially “budget friendly” ones, have a horrible support. All of them. “Best one” in this case means “lesser evil”.
    * Most have paid support tickets, the cost of which will negate any possible savings on “introductory offers” and such.
    * They will nickel and dime you.
    * In 2 years your server hardware will likely be EOL, so don’t do any “lifetime deals” that include a hardware.
