I’ve spent 62K in the past year on Facebook Ads For My Streetwear Brand and now I need some advice.

    Wsup PPC group,

*PLEASE ONLY REPLY IF YOU HAVE GENERATED 6 FIGURES+ ANNUALLY VIA AN E-COMMERCE CLOTHING STORE*

My question is For my Streetwear clothing brand, what platforms and type of campaigns convert the best outside of Facebook for you for paid ads?

Please note, I produce, manufacture, and ship everything locally. I am not a drop shipper. I’ve heard about Tik Tok , Snapchat, Pinterest but have not had any luck getting conversions when I’ve used them. With FB I would see a ROAS of anywhere between 2X-5X during 2021 Q1 and even 6X to 9X when COVID CPM’s were really cheap in 2020.

For those who like to read and need more context here’s the backstory.

I run the clothing brand Frontrvnners on insta and around May of 2020, I finally started to spend on FB Ads. I started at $45/day and within a mont scaled up to $200/day. I got good results but as soon as I would get around $280-300/Day on Ad Spend, my account would stop converting well and my account would get disabled every 2-3 months (IG even got deleted for half of December but managed to get it back 2 weeks later.).

I made the deadly mistake of not knowing about Customer Feedback Scores or that I needed to change my delivery times for my business page on Facebook. All throughout COVID 19 , it had been set on the default of 7 days. Shipping from Canada to my buyers in Australia, Asia, and Europe, more than likely did not reach clients in 7 days in 2020.

As a result, my personal FB account was completely disabled from all advertising features, my Facebook Business Page was disabled due to the Customer Feedback Score and I lost the ability to advertise all around. I spoke with my assigned FB marketing expert and he stated that it’s clear I was not a fraudulent company and I had been abiding by all of Facebooks rules. He said he would submit the issue to the internal team and they will fix this issue.

It has now been 10 Weeks and my personal account is still disabled from Advertising. I managed to get my Facebook Business Page enabled but it has been under penalty for the past 10 Weeks and my Customer Feedback Score has not moved even though I have been fulfilling orders faster than ever.

I am experiencing the true reason why diversification is important. Facebook ads contributed to a large chunk of my revenue and now my life consists of constantly going back and forth with Facebook to fix things, and trying to find a new advertising alternative that can be just as productive.

I have done that mistake before just relying on Facebook ads isn’t a real brand building or worthy.

Explore more traffic sources, I’d advice you to start with Google shopping. They are low fruits right now.
Also try SEO. SEO is time taking but it’s great for building long term results and a real brand.

Have you sending emails to your current buyers? Warm them up and emails, promotional texts for any upcoming sales.

Try influencer marketing, find out most related influencer to your niche.

These all are ways to make a real brand that will exist for next 10 or may be 20 years.

    Best of luck.

Try contact all the publications like Hypebeast, nice kicks etc.

PR is very important in building your brand.

SEO for branded keyword will be hard to manage unless you have a very strong brand keyword. Eg; supreme, palace, etc.

Google ads may work but maybe too expensive imho if your brand is not known.

Influencer marketing will be great for your brand
