  • Is this link structure bad for SEO?

    Hi guys

    I use a theme that has a nice template. The template link structure is as follows: /?service=facilities-disinfection

    There’s some kind of plugin that’s creating the “?service=”. I can swap it to traditional link structure ie. /services/facilities-disinfect but I lose some of the cool design features.

    special characters are bad in your url. try and find the right developer who can fix the problem

    You should avoid URL parameters if only because they are easier to look at for users. Most CMS platforms offer some way to modify this feature. What is the CMS?
