Is there a way to completely remove a specific Facebook ad from Facebook (deleting the post ad)

Posted by seohelper on April 8, 2021 at 1:23 pm

I created some ads and made a mistake in the visual of one of them (wrong promo).

When I noticed my mistake about 12 hours later I turned off and the deleted the ad in ads manager, and thought that was the end of it.

But now, problem is, the ad is getting shared and getting a massive organic reach.

Is there a way to delete the ad so it’s completely removed from Facebook ?

Report that ad from various account. And you can delete that ad from your account too.

Sometimes deleted or ads that have been turned off still show up for a day or two later.

Not sure how to combat this

If it is seeing so much engagement and organic reach, is there anything you can address on the landing page to salvage this traffic?
