no. absolutely not. now google just show only content in the answer of a query. if the content is the perfect answer to a question google will make it highlight and show it to the user rather than a page.

If a website has good traffic and got many organic clicks then surely have a good pa as well so i think these all depends on Google algorithm or Moz as well so yes these all-important.
