It’s a local business in the food delivery niche that mostly gets leads from Facebook, Instagram, and people who know the owner personally.

They’ve tried Facebook and Instagram ads with decent success. I was wondering if a business that doesn’t have a website is worth listing in GMB and other directories to get more leads.

Yes and you can link to your Facebook page if you want instead of sending people to a website.

Absolutely, if someone searches “Food Delivery” you’ll come up in the local results, and they can call or visit your Facebook page as u/TrelvisFesley said.

They accept any listing with a local address to send the verification code via post too.
