Is it possible to target a specific person with ads?
I have a lead who is on Facebook and LinkedIn. His wife is on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. They are both cofounders of a company and I have identified that there is an opportunity to sell them my company’s services.
I have both their e-mail addresses (personal and professional) and phone numbers. I feel like if I reach out to them directly, I may lose any leverage I have in negotiations. So instead, I want to first try showing them ads for a week and see if they come to me.
Is it possible to show them an ad specificially targeted at these two people?

No thankfully. That would be a scary invasion of privacy and rife for abuse
