Is it possible for my friend to contact twitter regarding a flagged tweet that he’s involved in?
My account got suspended for a joke with my friend as it had no context and one of my friends’ pals is a former twitter employee, he told me it would help my case if my friend who was involved in the joke contacted twitter on my behalf, however [email protected] isn’t monitored anymore and none of the forms on the help thing fit the description.
Access to my account is crucial for my business so it’s important that I get the situation rectified.
Edit: just realised how fucked up my grammar was here. The friend who knows someone that used to work at twitter is a different friend, not the one involved.

Social Media platforms don’t have helpdesks, also not by asking nicely in subreddits. Everyone knows this. The best way is to contact your business representative if you do ads with them, otherwise you are out of luck.
