  International SEO – href/lang enough?

  Hi if I have an international website and I want to geo target – two countries e.g Australia and Singapore – is there anyway for me to have one version for Australia and one for Singapore? I notice when I search in Google in Australia the keyword has high rankings but in Singapore it has much lower rankings.

  Would a href/lang tag be enough or would I have to do some other changes?
