I’m going to niche down in the real estate niche. Do these terms have enough search volume.
I’m going to niche down to a certain type of real estate. some of them around 1,200 monthly searches. Some smaller cities around 50-100 monthly searches. I’m guessing if the client can close around 2 sales a month from my work then that would be a no brainer to keep paying me. Are these numbers worth it to run ads from real estate. The smaller numbers are from smaller towns. Thanks.
