How would you adjust for geography and quotas win Facebook Ads

Posted by seohelper on April 20, 2020 at 10:14 pm

My company does lead generation for other companies. The way we’re currently setup is that we guarantee 10 leads per month for all of our clients. These clients are across many different states and metros. When I initially took over we had campaigns for each different metro area, but as we’ve grown it’s become too cumbersome to manage.

Over the past few months we’ve consolidated campaigns and ad groups so they’re now broken out by state. This has helped immensely both in management time and has also brought down our CPA’s. In addition, we’ve added a campaign that covers all available geographies across the country. This has brought down our CPA’s even lower.

The issue we’re now running into is that we have some clients who aren’t on target to reach 10 leads. How would you adjust budgets and campaign to solve for this? My ideas so far are below.

    1. Adjust spends by removing areas that have already received 10 leads and then move that budget to areas in need.
    2. Same as above, but create a new campaign that covers all the “problem areas” and run that for the end of the month.

    Any help is extremely appreciated!
