    I have been working as a SEO freelancer. I want to transition into Local SEO, but I don’t know how do I find local business and what my value proposition should be. I want to find businesses from different country and do their local SEO.

    Is there a directory to find local businesses, or something like that? how do I get clients?

    If you have a proper website with some SEO or PPC setup, you’ll get leads that way, and if you do a great job, you’ll get referrals from current clients. You can also be more proactive, and reach out to local service businesses that need marketing help, but this will only work if you have a proper portfolio website setup. Finally, go network in your city, I’m sure there are events for small business owners going on if it’s a fairly decently sized city in the U.S
