Hi, I’m looking to recruit some endurance athletes, with a good social media following, who are based in Atlanta for an ad campaign. What is the best way to find people that match a criteria like this?

Maybe look for local gyms on Instagram, then go to the tagged section of their pages and see if any local influencers have tagged their pictures there? Also check out stores where endurance athletes might purchase products. The stores are likely to have worked with influencers before and might be able to point you in the right direction

Beyond platform based research, you can use social listening platforms such as Sprinklr or Talkwalker and find people who are actively engaging in the specific topics that will align with your brand. I usually look for reach, relevance, and resonance when evaluating potential influencer partnerships. Meaning, they have a strong followership, are relevant to the brand, and their followers also engage with their content.
