How to automatically check if conversion tracking is still functioning?
I have multiple different conversion actions in different accounts. Conversion tracking is set up via GTM, Analytics Goals and mostly Google Ads tracking tags. Every now and then some conversions aren’t being tracked no more because of different reaseons (technical website issues, somebody changing some settings, polugins not functioning etc).
Currently I schedule periodic manual checks to force myself to manually go through the conversion funnels and check if conversion tags are still being fired and conversions are recorded (via Tag Assitant and real time events in Analytics).
I am really getting tired of this process.
How do you check this?
Any thoughts on how to automate this? -

If I was you I’d look at trying to solve the root causes.

This takes up quarter of my time in ad management and I manage a 7 figure budget. It is your job to catch these things.
