How to analyze ad performance when every keyword has its own landing page?? Help please

Posted by seohelper on September 30, 2021 at 5:14 pm

Gang – I have a client recently inherited that has a set of campaigns with 1000 keywords total abs each keyword has its own landing page.

This means the data for the ads’ (RSA and ETA) performance is not very helpful if we want to understand landing page performance itself.

Is my best bet to analyze the landing page reports in GAds? Should I look at keyword data in GA?

Important side note: we have this client under SA360 and we are working to modify the attribution model and bud strategies used in SA360 to optimize because the former agency was doing all optimization in Kenshoo or some other tool. They have GAds set to last click …

Would love any suggestions before we open this up with our Google rep.

No idea why the flair says programmatic but can’t seem to change it on mobile – will change at my desk later today.

Are you trying to identify the conversion rates of each landing page?

If so, you can easily download all the data in an Excel and add pivot table to check different performance data.

You can also add additional categories at keyword level to assess performance from business point of view.

    Hope this helps!

If SA360, would you consider moving to floodlights as a source of truth rather than GA? That would unlock auction time bidding and DDA pretty seamlessly
